  Our kaiseki cuisine draws from the rich, fertile soils of Mt. Fuji, capturing the delicate whispers of each season’s bounty. Relish a harmonious feast that evolves with the changing landscape, all while surrounded by breathtaking vistas.

  Kappo Dining "Kaiseki Cuisine Kadan Kappo"

  Seasonal kappo, where you can enjoy the skills of a skilled chef, offers special delicacies with carefully selected ingredients and utensils. Enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime taste sensation.

  Sushi Dining "Fuji Takumi"

  The famous Sushi dining "Sushi Sho" in yotsuya, Tokyo will open as "Fuji Takumi". You can enjoy the delicate taste and flavors of Sushi, which surrounded by the magnificent nature of Mt. Fuji. We provide the exquisite sushi and Japanese sake, tailored with the individual flow of time for each and every guest. *Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays

  Teppanyaki Dining "FUJI KANDA"

  This is the first Teppanyaki restaurant by "Japanese Cuisine Kanda". The Teppanyaki Dining offer high quality meat with good balance of lean and fatty meat from a crossbreed of Wagyu beef and dairy cows from Kagoshima. You can enjoy delight in an exquisite selection of dishes which is imbued with the refined aesthetic of "Japanese Cuisine Kanda", along with selected wine and champagnes.

  KADAN SPA FUJI

  In the spa room where a gentle and pleasant time flows, you can enjoy an oil massage using original oils infused with the scent of citrus fruits from Shizuoka, as well as a head immersion bath with spring water refined deep within the geological layers of Mt. Fuji. At Gora Kadan Fuji, you can experience an evolved spa experience that retains the techniques cultivated in Hakone.

Here, a hot spring made from weakly alkaline water, drawn from deep beneath the mountain’s foothills, invites you into its gentle embrace.   Sauna

  At Gora Kadan Fuji, guests can enjoy two distinct sauna experiences: the Dry Sauna, where soothing far-infrared heat radiates from lava stones to encourage a gentle, cleansing sweat; and the mist Sauna, where a soft, low-temperature mist—like the morning fog—envelops the body in a tender embrace.

  Heated Pool

  The pool stretches in a straight, unwavering line toward Mt. Fuji, its waters drawn from deep beneath the earth’s layers.
